Hello You! I’m Nina

Fitness coach specialised in training equestrian athletes. I help riders get better in their dicipline. I create more focused and more precise riders, by helping them establish sustainable and healthy habits. I help proffssionals and amateurs towards whatever goal they aim for, with tailored plans that can be adjusted to whatever challenges each rider might face.

I work with YOU in focus.

  • I analyse your riding.

  • I create the precise exercises that YOU need to get better in the saddle.

  • I design a sustainable “diet” that will make you reach whatever goal You have, whoever you chare your life with. NO restrictions that makes you feel limited!

My mission is to be part of your team and your system around your horses!

Like all of us, I have gone through some difficult challenges in my life. My attitude is to see the opportunities when it gets difficult. I lost my mother in a boat accident when I was 15 years old. I realised then and there that I can not control what happens to me. I can only control my reactions to whatever life throws my way.

A little over three years ago, I had a dramatic breakup from a man I had loved. The sircumstanced around how I lived my life were completely changed. This put a lot of stress into my daily life. I felt a change of personality;

I became negative, tired, drained and gained weight. Body and mind were not in sync.

my epiphany

As Ididn’t want any medical help, other than prescribed vitamins and minerals, I started to read the latest research on stress, sleep, insulin and insulin resistance. Hormonal impact and how chemistry influences mental and physical health.

I started eating and exercising in a different way. It didn’t take long before I felt the change; happiness, good sleep and a balanced mind. After three months I was back to my normal self. After a few more months, I felt really strong again.

As a personal trainer you have to be aware of these factors, or you will easily fail to train an individual for long-term results. The entire body, mind included, must be functional and operative. If you want to make it in the equestrian sport, you have to cater for yourself as a riders, as well as your horses.

Now I want to help you identify your strengths and the parts that require a little extra work to reach your goals, whatever they may be, in order for you to progress as a rider.

Nina approaches her clients the way she does everything in life; giving 120%. I have no doubt that anyone lucky enough to work with her will achieve any goals they set out to. She sure helped me reach mine
