Hello You! I’m Nina. I help You become and even better rider in the saddle, by working on your training and lifestyle.

I create focused and efficient riders. I design tailored training, diet and health programs altered to your unique needs. Does this sound like something you want?

My special strength is understanding the equestrian sport to the fullest. I specialise in biomechanics and I undrstand how you influence your horse when you are riding. The programs are suitable for rider, in any dicipline, who wants to take the next step in their riding.

My passion and lifestyle is equestrian showjumping, a sport I have “lived” since the age of five. The importance of alternative training of the rider has become increasingly acknowledged in recent years. I am passionate about optimised training to cater for healthier, and happier, riders AND horses!
